Alpha Realty is a privately held multifamily real estate investment firm. We focus on a part of the market that larger institutions tend to overlook — mid-sized apartment communities — and we bring diligent underwriting, direct relationships, and long-term ownership to every building we acquire. Today we own seven communities across California, Texas, Florida, and New Jersey.
We acquire, own, and operate mid-sized apartment communities in growing markets. Our approach is simple: buy well-located properties at a sensible basis, operate them well, take care of residents, and hold for the long term. We work directly with owners and keep the process clear and low-pressure from the first conversation through closing. Because we own what we buy and manage it ourselves, our incentives stay aligned with the residents and neighborhoods we invest in.
